Welcome to Bridal & Formal Wear Alterations.  I have been serving the New England area for over 20 years.  I specialize in altering wedding gowns, bridal parties, prom dresses and formal wear for any occasion.    My experience includes working as a subcontracted Seamstress for four different local Bridal shops, the most recent being Madeleine's Daughter.  I've altered everything from informal to haute couture.  The most frequently asked question is, "how soon should I make my first appointment?"  The answer to that question is no later than eight weeks prior to the wedding.  Most wedding gowns require three fittings.  For this reason, most brides make their appointments as early as possible.  This is to your advantage, as it is one more thing to cross off your "to-do" list.  Please don't hesitate to call me, I would love to answer any questions you may have.  I look forward to working with you during this exciting time.
