I have been serving the New England area for over 20 years and have been a professional seamstress for more than 31 years.  I specialize in altering wedding gowns, bridesmaid gowns, mother of the bride/groom dresses, flower girl dresses, prom gowns and formal wear for every occasion.

I’m an experienced seamstress having subcontracted with many area bridal shops. Since 2000, I’ve been subcontracting with Madeleine's Daughter in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. I’ve altered everything from informal to haute couture. 

The most frequently asked question is, "How soon should I make my first appointment?"  The answer to that question is no later than eight weeks prior to the wedding.  Most wedding gowns require three fittings.  For this reason, most brides make their appointments as early as possible.  This is to your advantage, as it is one more thing to cross off your "to-do" list.
